Technical points of sandblasting process on metal surface

Generally, it is done by sandblasting with abrasives. To improve the effect of rust removal, the sandblasting process must also be carried out in accordance with relevant standards.      1. When performing sandblasting process, clean up some dirt such as attachments, welding slag, grease, etc. on the metal surface;

     2. During the sandblasting process, the air temperature must be kept below 85 degrees at the same time;

     3. The compressed air used in the sandblasting process needs to be processed by a cooling device and an oil-water separator to ensure that the compressed air is dry and oil-free;

     Fourth, the best choice of abrasive is ceramic sand and iron sand. The abrasive should be angular, clean, dry, and free of oil.
